Renée Who?

This determined tom-boy from the woods near the mighty Mississippi River has now been asking her art to support her* for nearly 20 years.

 I have been maintaining a professional photo studio in the heart of Hollywood since the great recession of 2008, and despite such an inauspicious beginning, I have now expanded that studio to include 2 more studios, renovating nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of historic studio space with my longtime partner in all things creative, Sienna DeGovia. 

 I remember studying for my BA in Photography and envisioning my professional photographic future in a beautiful studio, creating work I was proud of, working with people I admired.

I read somewhere that our concern should not be in dreaming too big but in dreaming too small.

 Feast or Folly, an attempt to support my art*, represents ideas in the medium of photography, created without economic concern, solely for the purpose of feeding and growing creativity.
